The bastard spawn of several ex-rock bands, and the after-effect of the digital age. “Tetrameth” is the brainchild of producer & multi-instrumentalist Peter Hayes. A seasoned psychonaut and progressive pioneer alongside his brother James (Shadow Fx), both brothers being responsible for their fair share of the original sound & movement now coined around the world as “Zenon-esque”, & both brothers now combining collaboration with their most recent project “Twisted Sibling”, Pete & James have headlined some of the largest music festivals around the globe.
In Australia, Tetrameth, T.S & Shadow Fx are a somewhat mandatory presence within the Australian progressive movement, shining through with originality, & in 2015 launched their label, Weapon Records, which has become a prominent psy-progressive label that again represents a sound unto its own.

Peter is a graduate of the Conservatorium of Music and an accomplished multi-instrumentalist. Informed by an inspired musicality & influenced by a wide array of musical sources. A  unique style that’s experimental, progressive & steeped in paisley psychedelia. A frequency intended to augment the brain & refuel the soul, truly unrestricted by limitations or genre conventions. Quite simply, Tetrameth is a beast in its own right.
